Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments to qualified prospects and prepare lease paperwork.
• Conduct property tours and respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and email.
• Screen applicants and negotiate lease terms with potential residents.
• Explain lease clauses and community policies clearly to residents and prospects.
• Coordinate move-in processes and assist residents during onboarding.
• Maintain positive resident relations and support property goals.
