RADCO is seeking a passionate Leasing Consultant who loves helping people, building relationships, and creating a fun atmosphere. As the face of RADCO Living, you will convey the features and benefits of our communities and represent the company with professionalism.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to de-escalate and solve problems.
• Experience with social media marketing.
• Proactive, self-motivated with task ownership.
• Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook experience required.
• YARDI experience preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of Fair Housing laws preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, in-person).
• Welcome guests and tour prospective residents.
• Process rental applications and lease documentation.
• Assist with planning and implementing the community marketing plan and events.
• Demonstrate RADCO’s Caring value with residents, vendors, coworkers and supervisors.
• Some tasks may be required beyond the job description as part of a team effort.
• Travel within the local market area; carpooling encouraged.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role
• Strong arithmetic, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to de-escalate, problem-solve, and respond sensitively to customer service-related concerns
• Experience with social media marketing
• Takes initiative and self-motivated to complete tasks at hand
• Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook experience is required
• YARDI® experience is preferred but not required
• Basic understanding of Federal, State and local Fair Housing laws is preferred
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Team members may be required to use their personal vehicle for business-related travel within the local market area, including visits to competitor properties, company locations, or other business purposes. Mileage reimbursement will be provided in accordance with company policy.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Valid driver’s license may be required based on property size and potential need for use of a golf cart. Position requires individuals to furnish their own reliable transportation to fulfill the job’s functions
• Respond to telephone and internet inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule virtual, self-guided, and in-person tours
• Welcome and greet community guests and tour prospective residents throughout property
• Process rental applications, obtain required documents, schedule move-ins and prepare all lease file documents
• Assist with planning and implementation of community marketing plan and events to generate traffic
• Demonstrate RADCO’s value of Caring by treating residents, vendors, coworkers, and supervisors with respect and professionalism

• May be required to conduct competitor property visits, market surveys, and local market research as needed to support leasing and operational objectives.
• Travel may be required within the local market area. Such travel may include, but is not limited to, marketing efforts, visiting competitor locations, participating in training, etc. Ownership of a personal vehicle is not a requirement for this position. RADCO encourages carpooling and the use of shared transportation whenever practical.
