RADCO Investments, L.L.C. is seeking a passionate Leasing Consultant to help people find the right home and create a fun, welcoming atmosphere at our communities in Duluth, GA.

The Leasing Consultant will be the face of RADCO, conveying community features and benefits, greeting prospective residents, processing applications, and supporting marketing efforts. A team-first culture and competitive benefits are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience
• Fluent in Spanish
• Strong arithmetic, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to de-escalate and solve problems
• Experience with social media marketing
• Self-motivated and takes initiative
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook experience required
• YARDI experience preferred
• Basic understanding of Fair Housing laws preferred

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, in-person)
• Greet guests and tour prospective residents
• Process rental applications and lease documents
• Assist with community marketing plans and events to drive traffic
• Represent RADCO with professionalism and care to residents and vendors

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role
• Must be fluent in Spanish
• Strong arithmetic, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to de-escalate, problem-solve, and respond sensitively to customer service-related concerns
• Experience with social media marketing
• Takes initiative and self-motivated to complete tasks at hand
• Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook experience is required
• YARDI experience is preferred but not required
• Basic understanding of Federal, State and local Fair Housing laws is preferred

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Valid driver’s license may be required based on property size and potential need for use of a golf cart. Position requires individuals to furnish their own reliable transportation to fulfill the job’s functions Duties & Responsibilities:
• Respond to telephone and internet inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule virtual, self-guided, and in-person tours
• Welcome and greet community guests and tour prospective residents throughout property
• Process rental applications, obtain required documents, schedule move-ins and prepare all lease file documents
• Assist with planning and implementation of community marketing plan and events to generate traffic
• Demonstrate RADCO’s value of Caring by treating residents, vendors, coworkers, and supervisors with respect and professionalism
