Job summary

RADCO is seeking a Leasing Consultant to represent its multifamily communities. You will greet visitors, schedule tours, process applications, and help drive leasing success through friendly customer service and marketing support. The role emphasizes relationship-building, Spanish-speaking interactions, and teamwork within a dynamic environment.

Our team emphasizes care, flexibility, and a high standard of service, with opportunities for growth and involvement in community events and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Fluency in Spanish is required.
• Strong arithmetic, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to de-escalate and solve problems tactfully.
• Experience with social media marketing is a plus.
• Proactive, self-motivated and reliable in task completion.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook; YARDI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule tours via phone, web, or in person.
• Greet guests and prospective residents; conduct tours.
• Process rental applications and collect required documents.
• Coordinate move-ins and lease file documentation.
• Assist with marketing plans and events to drive traffic.

Qualifications

Duties & Responsibilities

• Valid driver’s license may be required based on property size and potential need for use of a golf cart. Position requires individuals to furnish their own reliable transportation to fulfill the job’s functions Duties & Responsibilities:
• Respond to telephone and internet inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule virtual, self-guided, and in-person tours
• Welcome and greet community guests and tour prospective residents throughout property
• Process rental applications, obtain required documents, schedule move-ins and prepare all lease file documents
• Assist with planning and implementation of community marketing plan and events to generate traffic
• Demonstrate RADCO’s value of Caring by treating residents, vendors, coworkers, and supervisors with respect and professionalism
