Job summary

2B Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant at the Mila - Ellisville, MO location to greet residents, host tours, and convert inquiries into appointments. This full-time role requires weekend availability and a strong customer-service mindset.

You will manage model apartment readiness, handle calls and mail, and coordinate move-ins with the maintenance team using Yardi to track activity and ensure a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

• Previous leasing experience (preferred).
• Residential leasing experience and Yardi experience (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional customer service mindset.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and host tours for prospects, follow up on guest cards.
• Ensure model apartments are tour-ready, clean, safe and stocked with move-in gifts/snacks.
• Answer and distribute incoming calls and messages throughout the day.
• Receive and distribute all incoming mail.
• Assist with planning and hosting after-hours resident events.
• Prepare move-in folders and maintain business center, coffee bar, and pet bar.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic activity in Yardi and convert phone traffic into tours.
• Promote excellent customer service to prospective and current tenants.
