Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking a Leasing Consultant for a Village community in Raleigh, NC. You will welcome prospective residents, coordinate tours, and respond to inquiries about leasing while coordinating renewals with current residents.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining Fair Housing standards, and collaborating with property management and maintenance teams to meet leasing goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience; hospitality or apartment leasing role.
• Must demonstrate support of BAL strategic drivers,
• Must demonstrate ability to provide exceptional customer service,
• Must be able to work on a team or in a team environment,
• Must present a professional image
• Must be resourceful and well-organized.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming first point of contact for residents, prospects, and visitors to the community
• Effectively lease apartments and sell property’s products and services in accordance with budget
• Ensure Fair Housing Standards in all matters when working with prospects and residents
• Follow up on leasing traffic entries and monitor traffic trends
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of property and that of major competition
• Assist with marketing activities to position Bell communities as communities of choice
• Coordinate the resident application review in accordance with Bell guidelines
• Complete lease packets and files for each resident to include the lease, all addendums and other forms
• Regular attendance and punctuality
• Proper documentation
• Follow up with residents throughout the lease
• Receive any resident inquiries, complaints, or issues and provide timely follow up
