Mark-Taylor is hiring a Senior Leasing Consultant at Mezzo at Desert Ridge in Desert Ridge, AZ. You will greet prospective and current residents, conduct detailed tours, guide applicants through the complete approval process, and maintain an outstanding resident experience.

Requirements include at least one year in a multifamily leasing role, excellent verbal and written communication, time management and a self-starter work ethic. Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year working as a Leasing Consultant, Leasing Agent, or similar in multifamily settings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Goal oriented, self-starter work ethic.

Responsabilités

• Greet prospective and current residents and provide an exceptional experience at every step.
• Conduct detailed and informative tours with prospective residents.
• Close the sale by guiding applicants through the complete application process.
