Qualifications

• 1+ year as Leasing Consultant or similar in multifamily setting
• Confident handling of resident relations and conflict resolution
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good time management and organizational abilities
• Degree preferred but not required; associates/bachelor's preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and basic English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Mark-Taylor, greeting prospective and current residents with an exceptional experience
• Conduct detailed and informative tours for prospective residents
• Close the sale and guide applicants through the full application process
• Communicate with residents via email, phone, and in person to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain resident files, collect rent, and actively manage apartment availability and pricing
• Uphold Mark-Taylor brand standards and foster a world-class community experience
