Founders Property Management, Henderson, NV, is seeking a Leasing Consultant focused on delivering exceptional customer service and helping residents find their perfect home. You will meet with prospective tenants, show model units, discuss layouts, and explain lease terms.

The role requires weekend availability and prior retail or customer service experience is preferred. You will join a team that values service, accountability, and a welcoming community atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Meets with prospective tenants and records information to ascertain needs and qualifications.
• Assists prospects in viewing model apartments and discusses size/layout of rooms and lease terms.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Availability to work weekends and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Meets with prospective tenants and records information to ascertain needs and qualifications.
• Assists prospects in viewing model apartments and discusses size and layout of rooms, available facilities, such as swimming pool and saunas, location of shopping centers, services available, and terms of lease.
• Completes lease forms and maintains resident files securely; collects rental deposits and forwards to leasing manager.
• Keeps track of approval process by contacting landlords, employers, and the future resident.
