Envolve Client Services Group is hiring a Full Time Leasing Consultant for Parcels at Concourse in Memphis, TN. You will coordinate leasing activities on-site, greet prospective residents, and assist with applications, renewals, and retention programs.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work weekends. Prior customer service or property management experience is preferred, with a competitive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Customer Service or Previous Property Management experience preferred.
• Must be available to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of all current and future available apartments.
• Complete rental applications and lease packages accurately.
• Greet and assist prospective residents and demonstrate models/amenities.
• Prepare weekly traffic and activity reports.
• Assist with renewal and retention programs and rent collection as needed.
• Support on-site operations and coordination with Community Manager.
