Gross Residential is seeking a Leasing Professional who can present apartments and amenities with a positive, professional demeanor. Prior leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred, and training is provided to the right candidate.

Strong computer skills and organizational abilities are essential. You will lease vacant apartments, explain lease terms and addenda, handle inquiries by phone and email, process applications, and coordinate with maintenance for service

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Customer service skills and ability to resolve conflicts.
• Clear verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain records and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lease vacant apartments to prospective residents by communicating the value of residency.
• Provide information to prospective residents about community amenities.
• Responds to phone and email inquiries from prospective residents.
• Compile leasing paperwork accurately.
• Process applications.
• Explain lease and all addenda to new residents.
• Assist with resident relations.
• Facilitate service requests and forward to maintenance staff.
• Adhere to a varied work schedule, including weekends and some holidays.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
