Bell Partners is seeking a Leasing Consultant in New York to welcome residents and prospects, coordinate tours, and respond to leasing inquiries. You will interact with current residents, coordinate renewals, and serve as the communication hub between residents, management, and maintenance.

Responsibilities include leasing apartments, ensuring Fair Housing compliance, following up on traffic, and maintaining knowledge of our properties and competitors.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience; hospitality or apartment leasing background preferred.
• Demonstrates support of BAL strategic drivers and a strong customer service mindset.
• Presents a professional image and represents Bell Partners well.
• Able to work effectively in a team and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, prospects, and visitors to the community.
• Effectively lease apartments and sell property products and services within budget.
• Ensure Fair Housing Standards in all interactions.
• Follow up on leasing traffic and monitor trends.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the property and competing communities.
• Coordinate resident application review per Bell guidelines.
• Complete lease packets and files for each resident.
• Attend work regularly and document interactions accurately.
• Address resident inquiries or issues with timely follow-up.
