Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager in eviction processes when approved by main office.
• Collect and record rent and follow up on delinquencies.
• Assist in drafting specifications and obtaining bids for contractor work.
• Prepare and maintain records and reports for the property and state agencies.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs in a timely manner.
• Conduct annual unit inspections and assist with required inspections.
• Handle tenant complaints and follow up promptly.
• Perform clerical duties for the position.
