Tarantino Properties, Inc. is seeking an energetic Leasing Agent to help residents find their next home and deliver excellent customer service across multiple properties.

The role requires touring, processing applications, and maintaining organized records while traveling between sites and staying professional in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have leasing or property management experience, strong communication, and proficiency with PM software, with reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Excellent organizational and filing skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with property management software: OneSite / Knock / BlueMoon.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation for traveling between properties.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Assist with leasing activities including tours, applications, and follow-ups.
• Handle general office duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining resident records.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional manner.
• Process paperwork and maintain accurate files and reports.
• Utilize property management software and leasing tools to complete daily tasks.
• Support team members with administrative and customer-related tasks as needed.

This position requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism at all times. This position will also require traveling between properties.
