Job summary

Tarantino Properties, Inc. is seeking an energetic Leasing Consultant to help prospective residents find their next home and deliver an exceptional resident experience. You will conduct tours, process applications, and manage daily leasing tasks with a strong focus on service.

Ideal candidates have experience with property management software (OneSite, Knock, BlueMoon) and excellent communication skills, plus a friendly, professional attitude. Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service with a friendly attitude.
• Experience with property management software: OneSite, Knock, BlueMoon.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous leasing or property management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

• Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
• Assist with leasing activities including tours, applications, and follow-ups
• Handle general office duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining resident records
• Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional manner
• Process paperwork and maintain accurate files and reports
• Utilize property management software and leasing tools to complete daily tasks
• Support team members with administrative and customer-related tasks as needed

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude
• Experience with property management software required: OneSite / Knock / BlueMoon
• Spanish-speaking is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous leasing or property management experience preferred
