Tarantino Properties is seeking energetic Leasing Consultants to help prospective residents find their next home while delivering an exceptional resident experience. You will work in a fast-paced environment, providing friendly, professional customer service and guiding tours and applications.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, experience with property management software, and a willingness to assist with administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Candidate demonstrates strong customer service and a friendly, professional attitude.
• Experience with property management software required: OneSite, Knock, or BlueMoon.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.
• Previous leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

• Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
• Assist with leasing activities including tours, applications, and follow-ups
• Handle general office duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining resident records
• Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional manner
• Process paperwork and maintain accurate files and reports
• Utilize property management software and leasing tools to complete daily tasks
• Support team members with administrative and customer-related tasks as needed

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude
• Experience with property management software required: OneSite / Knock / BlueMoon
• Spanish-speaking is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous leasing or property management experience preferred
