Qualifications

• Customer service experience in leasing or property management preferred.
• Experience with property management software OneSite/Knock/BlueMoon.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Assist with leasing activities including tours, applications, and follow-ups.
• Handle general office duties and maintain resident records.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries professionally.
• Process paperwork and maintain accurate files and reports.
• Utilize property management software and leasing tools to complete daily tasks.
• Support team members with administrative and customer-related tasks.
