Job summary

Madison Communities is hiring a Leasing Consultant to welcome prospects and residents, lease apartments, and drive occupancy across two properties. You will showcase amenities, stay informed about the competition, and manage follow-ups to optimize leasing performance.

You’ll travel between Madison Midtown and Madison Grove as needed, delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a dynamic, sales-driven team. Prior leasing experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to connect with residents and prospects.
• Strong customer service orientation to create welcoming experiences.
• Sales or leasing background is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain organized workflows.
• Willingness to travel between properties as needed.
• Proficiency with MS Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the community and provide top-notch service to residents and prospects.
• Lease apartments, meet occupancy goals, and promote communities as top choices.
• Know the property, amenities, and competitors to showcase offerings confidently.
• Track leasing traffic, follow up with prospects, and analyze trends.
• Facilitate the lease process from application to paperwork.
• Ensure move-in readiness with inspections and walkthroughs.
• Drive renewals by building relationships and coordinating updates.
