Job summary

BH Management Services, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to respond to inquiries from prospective residents, show and lease apartments, and manage leasing activities in accordance with company standards and Fair Housing guidelines.

You will market units, process applications, tour spaces, and maintain accurate records in our Property Management software. The role requires strong customer service, sales, and organizational skills in a fast-paced community environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive lease sales and close deals.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and prompts from prospective residents and inquiries.
• Market, show, and lease available apartments in line with company standards and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Process lease applications and prepare new leases; tour units and model spaces.
• Log prospect information in the Property Management software and respond to emails, voicemails, and texts.
• Assist with move-in inspections and daily community visits as needed.
