Job summary

Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support day-to-day operations and ensure resident satisfaction. The role emphasizes efficient leasing processes, strong customer service, and meeting financial goals for the community.

The ideal candidate will manage tours, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with the Community Director to drive traffic, retention, and overall property performance while maintaining a welcoming on-site office environment.

Qualifications

• Provide exemplary customer service to residents and prospects.
• Adhere to federal fair housing standards and internal policies.
• Develop professional skills and seek continual growth.
• Represent the community professionally in person and on the phone.
• Meet leasing and financial goals through effective marketing and tours.
• Handle inquiries, tours, and resident events.
• Travel up to 5% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provides exemplary customer service to all residents proactively solving issues, and creating a warm and welcoming environment for all.
• Abides by federal fair housing standards and all other applicable laws.
• Develops their professional skills, seeking continual growth and learning from mistakes.
• Embodys company policies and procedures in all interactions.
• Presents a professional image and effectively represents the company to residents, vendors, and owners alike.
• Operates computers and other technological devices on site.
• Represents the community on the phone and in written communication.
• Greets residents, cleans and maintains a neat office, and serves as a point of contact.
• Completes prospective resident tours, showcasing the property with pride.
• Resolves issues in a timely manner with a focus on customer service.
• Responds to issues outside of normal work schedule when required to ensure the safety and satisfaction of residents.
• Drives property performance by participating in resident events, marketing the property, and focusing on resident retention.
• Performs all other duties, as assigned.
