Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations at Otarre Pointe Apartments. The role focuses on showing units, qualifying applicants, and guiding them from tour to signed lease.

Responsibilities include processing paperwork, maintaining occupancy data, and supporting outreach efforts while ensuring strong customer service and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to use on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct all leasing activities to close sales, including appointments, tours, and follow-up.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in and assist with lease audits and unit turns.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in marketing plan outreach and market surveys to drive property traffic and leases.
• Address resident concerns to ensure satisfaction and support retention programs.
