LiveBH in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant to respond to inquiries, market properties, lease and renew apartments, and deliver outstanding customer service to prospective residents.

You will tour models, process applications, coordinate move-ins, and maintain accurate records in our Property Management system, working with the Community Manager to meet leasing goals. This role requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to work with a diverse community.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated sales and closing skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Respond to inquiries and leads from prospective residents and identify potential renters.
• Market property, show units, and process lease applications.
• Prepare new lease contracts and coordinate move-ins with the Community Manager.
• Maintain accurate records in the Property Management system and respond to emails, voicemails, and texts.
• Assist with daily property operations and promotional leasing incentives.
