ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant to attract, screen, and lease available properties in Jacksonville, FL. You will market communities, conduct tours, screen applicants, and negotiate lease terms to maintain high occupancy and satisfaction.

You will collaborate with the Property Manager and team to ensure smooth move-ins, accurate reporting, and adherence to policies, including fair housing. Evening and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Aufgaben

• Leasing properties to qualified prospects and promoting vacancies.
• Screen applicants and negotiate lease terms.
• Ensure smooth move-in and maintain occupancy targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries (in person, phone, email).
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist residents as needed.
• Coordinate with Property Manager and team to meet leasing goals.
• Explain lease and community policies clearly to residents.
• Attend marketing events and outreach activities.
• Uphold fair housing regulations and company policies.
• Work one to two weekends per month as needed.
