Responsibilities

• Attract and screen prospective tenants and promote available properties
• Conduct property tours and explain lease terms
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist residents with move-in
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or in person
• Collaborate with Property Manager to achieve leasing goals and maintain standards
• Record weekly/monthly reports and ensure compliance with fair housing laws
