You will conduct tours, process applications, coordinate with staff, and deliver outstanding customer service consistent with Habitat America's standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of property management experience in a leasing consultant or similar role.
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to close leases.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective and current residents professionally.
• Conduct property tours and present amenities.
• Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Process rental applications and leases for market-rate units.
• Maintain accurate leasing files and documentation.
• Handle office tasks including phones, filing, and data entry.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Support marketing and outreach to maintain occupancy.
• Deliver outstanding customer service per Habitat America's standards.
