Job summary

You will respond to inquiries, present housing options, negotiate terms, and guide applicants through the leasing journey while ensuring compliance and top-notch customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three (3) years of related sales or customer-facing sales experience required.
• Leasing, real estate, or property management experience preferred.
• A valid State Real Estate License is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
• Outstanding communication abilities and analytical skills to solve problems effectively.
• Ability to build relationships, organize tasks, and deliver top-notch customer service.
• Flexibility to work weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Drives leasing performance by responding to and following up on inquiries from perspective residents.
• Engage with potential tenants, offering compelling insights into housing options to encourage applications.
• Skillfully negotiate lease terms and provide thorough explanations of leases and related documents to new tenants.
• Performs leasing activities in accordance with applicable laws to maximize housing occupancy.
• Collaborate with underwriting and leasing teams to navigate applicants through the leasing journey.
• Stay informed about our company’s policies and procedures to ensure compliance and up-to-date practices.
