Davis Development is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Cape Coral, FL to lease properties, market units, and screen prospective residents. You will handle applications, maintain unit readiness, and support management with reports.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year sales and customer service experience, strong communication, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. On-site property in a luxury apartment setting with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• One or more years of sales experience.
• One or more years of customer experience.
• One or more years of property management/leasing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Ability to establish collaborative working relationships with individuals of varying seniority.
• Effective verbal and written communication via all channels.
• Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency.
• Positive can-do demeanor and self-starter mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and daily transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, qualify and determine their needs and preferences.
• Inspect models and make-ready units daily to ensure standards.
• Conduct outreach marketing as assigned by Community Manager.
• Monitor local sub-market conditions and trends; advise on marketing and resident satisfaction.
• Complete all lease applications and verify applications; notify results.
• Assist Community Manager in preparation of daily/weekly reports and market surveys.
• Ensure appearance and physical standards by daily property inspections and reporting.
