Job summary

CAPREIT Flats at College Park in College Park, Maryland is seeking a Leasing Consultant to welcome and assist prospective residents, tour the community, and process applications. You will play a key role in marketing activities and provide accurate information about the community’s features and benefits.

The role requires 3–5 years of leasing experience, strong customer service, and familiarity with industry software like RealPage, OneSite or Yardi; a valid driver's license is needed for vehicle

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of apartment leasing experience.
• Bilingual is preferred.
• LIHTC affordable housing knowledge is preferred.
• Driver’s license to operate company vehicle or golf cart.
• Experience with property management software such as RealPage, OneSite, or Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to prospective residents by marketing activities, tours, and applications.
• Assist the Community Manager by processing applications and handling resident calls and follow-ups.
