Job summary

BH Management Services, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant to create an exceptional resident experience by marketing the community, generating leads, conducting tours, and supporting lease renewals. You will work under the Community Manager and stay current on market specials and floor plans.

Responsibilities include processing applications, inspecting units, logging prospect data in our property management software, and responding to communications promptly while ensuring Fair

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong sales and closing abilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Optional: state leasing license or ability to obtain as required.

Responsibilities

• Market the community, generate and manage leasing leads, conduct tours and support lease renewals.
• Process lease applications for approval and prepare new leases.
• Inspect target/show units and pre-leased apartments prior to move-in.
• Utilize online leasing programs and log prospect information in the property management system.
• Respond to emails, voicemails and texts in a timely manner and post notices as needed.
• Assist with daily community inspections and other duties as assigned.
