Stout Management Company in Nevada is seeking a Leasing Consultant to guide prospects from first tour to move-in and beyond. You will create memorable visits, explain pricing and floor plans, and help applicants complete leasing paperwork.

You’ll coordinate move-in walks, handle renewals, answer inquiries, assist with rent collections, and ensure models and common areas stay welcoming. The role emphasizes organization, customer service, and a polished, professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws (or willingness to learn!).
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and a polished, professional appearance.

Responsabilités

• Tour prospective residents around available apartments, highlighting features and amenities.
• Share knowledge about pricing, floor plans, specials, and nearby attractions.
• Make tours memorable by guiding prospects through a scenario of living here.
• Complete guest cards, applications, and leasing paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare move-in packets and walk new residents through their apartment on move-in day.
• Process lease renewals and assist residents with questions or service requests.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and follow up with prospects and residents.
• Handle maintenance requests and coordinate with the team to get issues resolved.
• Assist with rent collections and other payments.
• Inspect models, vacant apartments, and common areas daily to ensure cleanliness and welcoming spaces.
• Touch up office and clubhouse cleaning when needed.
• Monitor curb appeal and report issues promptly.
