The Lewis Group of Companies is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Rosewood, a potential temporary backfill with future reassignment based on needs. You will welcome prospective residents, conduct tours, discuss terms, and drive occupancy through sales excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, customer service, or leasing (retail/real estate/hospitality a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable engaging with diverse individuals.
• Goal- and metrics-driven with proven ability to close sales.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with leasing/property management software is a bonus.

Responsabilités

• Serve as first point of contact for prospective residents and guide them through the leasing process.

• Explain leasing terms, applications, and community policies clearly.
• Utilize sales techniques to convert inquiries into leases and meet occupancy goals.
