Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. Regular on-site attendance is required, and you will greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases with prospective residents.

You will conduct tours, close sales, process move-ins, assist with audits, maintain prospect data, use sales strategies to drive traffic and exceed goals, and support marketing plans and retention initiatives while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required to operate on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents.
• Greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Close sales and pursue new leads with follow-up.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in.
• Maintain prospect traffic data and respond within 24 hours.
• Support marketing plans and market surveys.
• Provide excellent customer service and address resident concerns.
