As a Leasing Consultant, you will represent our innovative and rapidly growing company to current and prospective residents. Your role involves building relationships, acting as a resource for property information, and using your charisma and sales skills to market our properties. This position is ideal for engaging, motivated individuals eager to help people find their next home.

A Typical Day

• Welcome prospective residents, understand their needs, and tour the community to showcase amenities.
• Follow up with prospects and promote our communities.
• Complete all steps of the lease application process.
• Be knowledgeable about our offerings, rents, and amenities.
• Conduct market research and assist with marketing plans.
• Coordinate resident social events to enhance community satisfaction.
