The Role

We seek a dedicated and organized Leasing Consultant to oversee daily leasing operations and ensure residents enjoy luxury living. As a Leasing Consultant, you will help residents find their perfect home through personalized tours, tailored recommendations, and engaging neighborhood insights. Weekend availability, especially Saturdays, is required due to high traffic during this time.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, creating a sense of community and memorable experiences for residents.
• Drive leasing performance through personalized connections, creative marketing campaigns, outreach, and social media engagement.
• Follow up with prospective residents, providing updates on floorplans, neighborhood hotspots, and local events to help them envision calling the community home.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents and colleagues, embodying the spirit of creating a better way to live.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of experience in leasing or customer service, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
