Overview

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic Leasing Consultant for an exciting new lease-up property. This Affordable Multi-Family community is located in Charlotte, NC, and is currently under development. The Community Director will oversee the lease-up process and manage daily operations.

As a Leasing Consultant, you will report to a Community Director. Unlike typical roles limited to leasing, at Elmington, you will be the community's energy and brand, managing reputation via social media, direct communication, and marketing. You will be the primary contact for prospects, residents, vendors, and your market.

Responsibilities
  • Manage community reputation through social media, direct communication, and marketing
  • Act as the positive energy and brand ambassador of the community
  • Communicate effectively with prospects, residents, vendors, and the market
  • Ensure the property achieves occupancy and income goals by understanding financials and daily impact
  • Optimize income and expenses, contributing to the community’s financial health
Qualifications
  • Experience with Low Income Tax Credit Housing and lease-up processes
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Understanding of urgency and strong leadership qualities
  • Positive attitude, high expectations, and creative thinking
  • Passionate work ethic, confidence, self-motivation, and pride in work
  • Good listening skills and proactive problem-solving abilities
