Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Some advanced real estate training, familiarity with Landlord-Tenant and Fair Housing laws, and prior leasing experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License (if operating a vehicle)

Responsibilities

• Abides by Fair Housing Laws.
• Provides tours of apartments to prospective residents.
• Runs credit reports on prospective residents.
• Prepares lease packets.
• Inspects apartments prior to showing them.
• Keeps logs of traffic through the property.
• Leases units.
• Provides information over the telephone to prospective residents.
• Maintains a positive public relations attitude toward residents.
