Sterling Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Cartersville, GA to greet, tour, and screen prospective residents while showcasing the property’s features and benefits. You will process applications, prepare leases, and maintain CRM data with accuracy, supporting marketing efforts and ensuring superb resident service.

Responsibilities include guiding applicants through the approval process, coordinating move-ins, and maintaining relationships to achieve occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year leasing, property management, or sales experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Yardi knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and current residents.
• Greet and tour prospective residents, highlight features and respond to questions.
• Process applications and prepare lease agreements.
• Enter inquiries and leads into CRM and track leasing activity.
• Assist with marketing, community events, and promoting the property.
• Ensure data accuracy in property management systems and prepare move-in packets.
