Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant for a community in Modesto, CA. The role handles all leasing activities, marketing efforts, and maintaining positive resident relations.

Responsibilities include showing, leasing, and moving in prospective residents; qualifying applicants, conducting tours, and preparing leases. You will manage paperwork, market surveys, and respond to leads promptly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software functions.

Responsibilities

• Property Leasing and Administration.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Close sales by scheduling, tours, follow-ups, and documentation.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in.
• Respond to prospect leads within 24 hours.
• Maintain market knowledge and lease data.
