Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our Ridge at Chestnut Apartments in Kansas City, MO. This on-site, full-time role starts with a competitive hourly pay and opportunities for commission plus comprehensive benefits.

You will greet and guide prospective tenants, conduct property tours, and manage leasing documentation while contributing to marketing efforts and community outreach. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of experience in multifamily housing, sales, or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Good computer skills and ability to navigate various software programs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective and existing tenants.
• Conduct tours of the property, units, and on-site amenities.
• Lease vacant apartments to new residents.
• Renew leasing contracts with existing residents.
• Create and facilitate all leasing documentation and contracts.
• Assist property team with marketing efforts.
• Participate in community outreach for brand awareness.
• Foster and maintain relationships with on-site residents.
