Qualifications

• 1+ years of leasing experience at a multifamily community is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for resident relations.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle complaints and maintain high customer service levels.
• Marketing and sales skills to promote vacant units and sustain occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Represent IPG professionally at all times.
• Assist in leasing, tours, applications, and inquiries.
• Conduct property tours of the apartment community and amenities.
• Develop marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants.
• Foster positive relationships with residents, vendors, and agencies.
• Process move-ins/outs in line with procedures.
• Collaborate with the property manager and maintenance teams.
• Monitor market conditions to refine leasing strategies.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and respect in interactions.
