Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations across our properties. The role emphasizes knowledge of affordable housing programs and strong customer service. Regular onsite attendance and proficient use of leasing software are required.

You will conduct tours, close leases, process paperwork, and support resident retention efforts while upholding Fair Housing standards and company policies. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to operate on-site leasing software.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations.
• Show, lease, and move-in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Complete leasing paperwork and support lease audits and turn processes.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and respond to leads within 24 hours.
