Job Description

As a Leasing Specialist with LIHTC experience, you will play a critical role in our property management team. Your responsibilities include marketing and leasing available units, conducting applicant screenings, ensuring compliance with LITCH regulations, and providing exceptional customer service to residents. This role operates on a Tuesday-Saturday schedule.

Requirements

• Market and lease available units to prospective tenants.
• Conduct applicant screenings, including background checks and income verifications.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of LITCH regulations and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and process lease agreements in accordance with LITCH guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Assist with property tours and showings.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of leasing activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Leasing Specialist in the property management industry.
• Strong knowledge of Low-Income Tax Credit and Housing (LITCH) regulations.
