Job summary

Dweck Properties is seeking a Leasing Consultant to help future residents find their new home in our communities. You’ll be their guide from first contact through move-in, delivering a welcoming and smooth experience.

Office hours are Monday through Saturday with weekend availability required; you’ll schedule tours, follow up with prospects, and support applicants through the leasing process to ensure a positive move-in experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required—we’ll train the right person.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work Saturdays.

As our Leasing Consultant, you’ll help future residents find their new home in a Dweck community. You’ll be their guide from first contact through move-in, creating a smooth and welcoming experience.

Our leasing offices are open Monday through Saturday. Availability to work Saturdays is required, as weekends are prime leasing days with the highest prospect traffic.

As a Leasing Consultant, you will:

Requirements
