Job summary

Dweck Properties is seeking a Leasing Consultant to guide future residents from first contact to move-in. You’ll schedule tours, match needs to apartments, and maintain engagement through calls, emails, and texts. Weekend availability is required to capitalize on high prospect traffic.

You’ll be part of a supportive team with on-the-job training, mentorship from seasoned managers, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, and paid time off.

• Customer service or sales experience preferred but not required—you’ll train the right person.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Willingness to work Saturdays, as weekends are peak leasing days.

As our Leasing Consultant, you’ll help future residents find their new home in a Dweck community. You’ll be their guide from first contact through move-in, creating a smooth and welcoming experience.

Our leasing offices are open Monday through Saturday. Availability to work Saturdays is required, as weekends are prime leasing days with the highest prospect traffic.

Requirements

We're Looking For:
