Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant for its Sand Lake Pointe community in Orlando. You will assist prospects in finding their next home, tour the property, process leases, and support retention efforts.

The role includes promoting the community and collecting rent while providing excellent customer service. Ideal candidates bring customer service or sales experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong verbal/written communication.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Help future residents find their next home by touring the community, process lease applications, type up leases and more.
• Plan and attend exciting functions for our residents.
• Collect and secure rental payments.
• Campaign research, reporting and retention.
• Maintains an acceptable closing ratio based on current property expectations.
