Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to promote the community, assist management with resident programs, and drive lease activity. You will tour the property with prospective residents, process applications, and help ensure timely rental payments while building positive resident relations.

The role includes plan/host resident functions, drive marketing efforts, and support retention initiatives. A customer-service mindset and reliable transportation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Tax Credit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help future residents find their next home by touring the community, processing lease applications, typing up leases and more.
• Plan and attend exciting functions for our residents.
• Collect and secure rental payments.
• Campaign research, reporting and retention.
• Maintains an acceptable closing ratio based on current property expectations.
