Highmark Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant at Brandemere to assist with leasing efforts, plan resident functions, and manage payments. The role focuses on promoting the community and supporting retention efforts, with emphasis on customer service and sales skills.

The ideal candidate has experience in customer service or sales, solid communication, and a valid driver’s license. This position emphasizes team collaboration and delivering a positive resident experience.

Responsibilities

• Help future residents find their next home by touring the community, process lease applications, type up leases and more

• Campaign research, reporting and retention
• Maintains an acceptable closing ratio based on current property expectations
