Job summary

Highmark Residential in Dallas is looking for a Leasing Consultant to help future residents find their next home. You will tour the community, process lease applications, type leases, and assist management with resident programs.

You’ll plan and attend resident functions, collect and secure rental payments, conduct retention campaigns, and maintain strong close ratios. The role includes monthly bonuses, rent discounts, and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Tax Credit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tour the community, process lease applications, and prepare leases.
• Plan and attend resident functions.
• Collect and secure rental payments.
• Campaign research, reporting, and retention activities.
• Maintain an acceptable closing ratio based on current property expectations.
