Job Overview:
The Equipment Rental Specialist is responsible for supporting telephone and walk-in customers with rental equipment, understanding customer needs, negotiating, and processing orders. The role requires strong administrative skills and a professional attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.

Compensation & Benefits:
Base pay ranges from $20.96 to $24.89 per hour. Full-time employees are eligible for health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, insurance options, tuition reimbursement, and other benefits. Benefits start after 30 days of employment.
