Job summary

HH Staffing is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join a growing team in Sarasota, FL. The role offers full-time hours with a set schedule and a pay rate of $19 to $22 per hour. Responsibilities include tours, applicant processing, coordination with property management, and marketing support to drive occupancy.

Qualified candidates have leasing experience, a high school diploma (associates or bachelor's preferred), and proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in leasing is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and leasing regulations.
• Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi and OneSite.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and provide tours of the property.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person and provide information about leasing options, pricing, and availability.
• Assist with the leasing application process.
• Meet or exceed leasing goals by proactively following up with leads and maintaining strong relationships with prospective tenants.
• Address resident questions and concerns.
• Support the community management team in coordinating resident events and activities.
• Act as a liaison between residents and the property management team for maintenance requests or policy updates.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activity, applications, and correspondence in the property management system.
• Prepare and process lease agreements, renewals, and move-in/move-out documentation.
• Ensure the leasing office, model units, and community areas are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Participate in marketing efforts, such as creating promotional materials, hosting open houses, and engaging with prospective residents on social media platforms.
